Greenlane came to Loon on the Moon with a strong business and a quiet problem. For years, they had grown entirely through relationships, word of mouth, and repeat clients, many of whom had become close friends. Greenlane had only a logo and no formal brand system, so we developed a visual language from the ground up. The colour palette was built around their existing green identity, refined to feel credible, premium, and approachable. Typography, spacing, and layout were designed to slow the user down and build confidence, reflecting how Greenlane advises clients in real life.
The brief was clear: build a Dubai investment portal that felt human, calm, and deeply knowledgeable, not salesy. Greenlane helps investors choose properties based not only on ROI, but on family needs, lifestyle preferences, and long-term comfort. The website had to mirror that philosophy and speak confidently to first-time property buyers who needed reassurance as much as information.
One of the key features was a custom-built interactive Dubai investment map. Users can hover over different areas to instantly see investment insights, helping them understand the city visually rather than through dense data. This turned local expertise into an intuitive exploration tool, reinforcing Greenlane’s role as on-ground experts who truly know Dubai.
To strengthen trust further, we guided the founder to collect video testimonials from long-standing clients. These were placed prominently across the site alongside key credibility markers, sales figures, years of experience, overseas client ratios, making proof impossible to miss while still feeling natural and sincere.
The entire website was custom-built in Webflow, with a flexible CMS that allows the team to update blogs, listings, and market insights independently. This ensured the platform could grow with the business while supporting SEO and future Google Ads campaigns, which were executed in collaboration with a performance partner.
Finally, LOTM advised Greenlane to introduce an educational workshop page as a conversion layer.
